The contact options depend on the method by which the user is connected to your social hotspot. There are several ways to connect a guest to your social hotspot. You can read more about these options in the Login methods article. To see which contact options are available with your guest, you can follow the following steps:
From the Dashboard, go to the 'All guests' heading
Then click on the 'Details' button behind the relevant user
Here you can now see the collected data of the user with the corresponding contact options.
