What is the review management module?
In this module, all reviews written on websites on which you are active are displayed in one overview (Tripadvisor, Google, TheFork, Facebook, etc.).
Each review can be provided with a label by clicking on 'Add message' after the relevant review. This is useful when multiple people are working in the dashboard.
How do I respond to reviews?
By clicking on the review itself or by clicking "Details", you will be redirected to the page on which the review was written (e.g. Google, Yelp or TheFork).
I miss a review website!
Is there a review website missing in the dashboard that you are active on?
