You set up a birthday voucher once. You do this in your dashboard and after this, an e-mail is automatically sent with a voucher for the guests birthday. You determine in advance how far in advance the e-mail will be received and how long it is valid on the birthday. In the e-mail you put a nice promotion that they receive for their birthday. Our system does the rest.
