The contact options depend on the method by which the user is connected to your social hotspot. To see which contact options are available with your guest, follow the following steps:
1. From the Dashboard go to the heading 'All users'
2. Then click on the 'Details' button behind the relevant user
3. Here you can now see the collected data of the user with the corresponding contact options.
