When you create a voucher you have the option to send a demo voucher. In this way you can see what the customer gets when they get sent a voucher. One of the options you can install is the validity date. However when you send a demo voucher it will say that is it valid till never-ending (see the image below)
This is only portrayed on the demo voucher, when the real voucher gets delivered to the customers, that’s when they will see the correct validity date. You can see an example of this in the image below.
